BBA encapsulation of old Asbestos Roof - a seamless instant cure spray Polyurea System with the highest Fire Rating in Europe B Roof T4. This process will enhance the life of the building/roof.

If the Asbestos roof needs to be Structurally improved we have a 50kg per cum high-density foam which can be applied, allowing Contractors to walk safely on the original roof. The system can be applied without disturbing the process inside the building, and without disturbing the existing Asbestos sheeting. The new Coating will encapsulate all asbestos fibres and the cost is much less than the removal of the asbestos roof or having a new roof.

 

Process of Encapsulation:

1. Use an environmentally friendly biocide to kill off all algae and moss

2. There are a number of approved Cleaning Systems and after inspection will recommend the best method for your location

3. All Waste is  double bagged

4. All Waste is disposed of in an approved Waste handling site

5. A suitable Primer is required on the cleaned asbestos roof

6. The BBA Coating is applied. Polymer Fusion have 2 BBA systems - Roller Applied and Spray Applied - both of which have the Highest Fire Rating
